For other insurance providers, I am considered an out-of-network provider. If you have out-of-network benefits, your insurance company may reimburse a portion of my services to you. Please contact your insurance company directly to inquire about the details of your out-of-network benefits. Upon request I can provide a "superbill" for you to submit to your insurance company for partial reimbursement.
