    Finding Balance and Freedom Together

You might be here because you’re feeling stuck in a painful cycle with food, your body, or your sense of control. Maybe there’s a constant inner battle—days filled with self-criticism, rules, and restrictions, or moments when food feels like both comfort and conflict. Or perhaps it feels like you're disconnected from yourself, struggling with shame or confusion about why certain thoughts and behaviors keep taking over.

You don’t have to do go through this alone. It can be exhausting to carry the weight of disordered eating on your own, and often, friends and family don’t fully understand. Healing involves more than just changing behavior with food; it requires compassion, trust, and tools to reconnect with yourself and reclaim your relationship with your body.

How I Can Help: Having worked at an eating disorder treatment center, I'm well-versed in the complexity of the treatment of eating disorders, including Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder, and Other Specified Eating Disorder (OSFED, EDNOS). In order to ensure proper coordination of care, I can connect with other members of your treatment team, if you have one.

I use a Health at Every Size (HAES) approach, which means I’m here to support your well-being without focusing on weight as a measure of success. Together, we’ll work toward your health goals by centering respect for your body, intuitive eating, and movement that feels good, not punishing. With this approach, you can reclaim your relationship with food and your body, free from diet culture and the idea that worth is tied to appearance.

Together, we’ll explore the deeper reasons behind these behaviors in a safe, judgment-free space. You’ll be met with empathy and patience as we navigate your unique story.

I provide practical, personalized strategies to help you find balance and regain a sense of control that feels freeing rather than restrictive.

Together we will build your skills, resilience, and self-compassion so you can move forward with confidence and peace.

It’s okay if you’re not sure where to begin. Recovery is a process, and you don’t have to figure it all out on your own. If you’re ready to take the first step, I’m here to walk beside you on the path to healing. Let’s start this journey to rediscovering freedom, wholeness, and well-being together.

Healing Through Trauma: Reclaiming Safety and Peace

If you’re here, you may be carrying the weight of past experiences that feel overwhelming, unmanageable, or impossible to leave behind. Trauma, whether it’s a single event or a series of experiences, can affect every part of life—your sense of safety, trust in others, and even the way you see yourself. You might find yourself feeling triggered, stuck, or like you’re reliving parts of the past despite your best efforts to move forward.

I want you to know that healing is possible, even if it doesn’t feel that way right now. Trauma impacts the brain, body, and emotions in complex ways, and recovery requires a compassionate approach that honors where you are.

How I Can Help: I am trained in evidence-based therapies for trauma, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT). These approaches are designed to help you process traumatic memories and reduce the impact of painful emotions and beliefs. Here’s how we can work together:

Creating a Foundation of Safety: Healing begins with establishing a sense of safety in therapy. Together, we’ll take the time to build a space where you feel comfortable, grounded, and in control.

EMDR for Deep Processing: EMDR works by helping the brain reprocess traumatic memories so that they become less overwhelming and disruptive. With EMDR, you can work through trauma without needing to relive it, allowing you to heal in a way that feels safe and manageable. Learn more about EMDR here.

CPT for Empowered Understanding: CPT is a structured approach that allows you to examine the beliefs shaped by trauma, such as self-blame or loss of trust. This therapy helps to reframe painful thoughts, empowering you to regain control and a more balanced sense of self. Learn more about CPT here.

Healing from trauma, PTSD, or CPTSD is a journey. It’s okay if you’re not sure how or where to begin, and it’s okay if you have doubts about what’s possible. I’m here to walk alongside you with the tools, compassion, and support to help you find relief, reconnect with yourself, and experience life with renewed strength and resilience.

Integrating Your Psychedelic Experience: Finding Meaning and Lasting Growth

Are you curious about psychedelics—or wondering if ketamine-assisted psychotherapy is right for you?

Did your journey leave you inspired but unsure how to move forward?

Are you hoping to ground a powerful experience into real, lasting change?

Psychedelic work can bring about profound insights, big questions, emotions, and possibilities. Psychedelic integration is the process of weaving the insights, emotions, and revelations from these journeys into a meaningful and grounded understanding.

If You’re Curious
If you’re wondering whether psychedelics might be helpful for you—or you’re hearing others talk about them and want to understand more—I provide a safe, nonjudgmental space to explore your questions. We can talk through the emotional, psychological, and practical considerations so you can make choices that feel aligned, informed, and true to you.

Preparatory Sessions
If you’re planning a journey, we’ll explore your hopes, fears, and intentions. You'll learn grounding tools, self-care strategies, and get more clarity about the process. Preparation creates a foundation of safety and intention.

Integration Sessions
After a psychedelic experience, we’ll gently unpack what arose—insights, emotions, challenges, or unfinished threads. Together we’ll explore meaning and translate what you learned into grounded steps, new patterns, and deeper self-understanding.

Whether you’re feeling inspired, unsure, or struggling to make sense of your journey, I’m here to help you uncover the value and meaning within your experience. Psychedelic integration is about creating balance and a greater sense of alignment with yourself and your world—something we can cultivate together in this safe, supportive space.
